Advisory support to the International Affairs Department from 2027

The Swedish National Audit Office (hereinafter referred to as “the Swedish NAO”) invites you to submit a tender regarding the facilitation of activities with other supreme audit institutions within the framework of the Swedish NAO’s project for EUROSAI development activities (EDA) covering Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine, as well as bilateral projects in the EDA region. The procurement involves consultancy support in facilitating activities aimed at strengthening the capacity of the partners in areas such as performance audit and financial audit, as well as other areas that indirectly affect auditing such as strategic planning, quality management, communication and leadership. The consultancy support will be regulated in, and called off from, a framework agreement.
